Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for CoSMoS Flood Modeling Service

The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Statement of Work, remove the small business set-aside and extend the quote due date. Questions are due no later than 09/13/2023 1200PST. Quotations are due no later than 09/29/2023 0800PST.

Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0323Q0157.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 dated 06/02/2023.

Small Business Set-aside.

NAICS: 541690: Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, $16.5 Million.

Place of Performance: Contractor's facility.

Period of Performance are estimates only: 09/01/2023 to 08/31/2024 and two Option Years subject to availability of funds and continuing needs.

Your submissions shall include:
1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc)
2. Two or more references with contact information
3. Technical submission (information regarding technical qualifications and experience sufficient for government to evaluate your qualifications to perform this work. Examples are resumes, published works, listings of prior relevant and recent contracts, references, etc.)
4. Firm, fixed price quote. Please provide the total for the one-year Period of Performance and pricing for the Option Year.
