NA The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command proposes to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis tasks to resolve current obsolescence issues associated with the Low Power Radar Frequency (LPRF) unit's Central Processing Unit (CPU) and Phase C ode Line Replaceable Modules (LRMs) and the Programmable Signal Processor's (PSP's) General Purpose Processor (GPP) and Post Processor (PP)/Video Processor (VP) LRM's on the Fire Control Rader for the AH-64D Longbow Apache Helicopter. The Government inten ds to utilize a Firm Fixed Price delivery order to Contract DAAH23-99-G-0012. This is a sole source requirement to Longbow Limited Liability Company, 578 South Semoran Blvd., Orlando FL. Only LBLLC has the technical expertise and experience necessary to execute this requirement. Under the Authority and Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C.(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation will be issue d. Interested parties should identify themselves in writing to the Contrating Officer. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. See Note 22
