TACOM-RI is seeking interested sources who are able to perform all necessary actions required to develop a Facilities Requirements Analysis and Facility Utilization Plan that addresses both the Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center and all admini strative and storage facilities on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois. Study should be arranged as follows: 1. Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (Factory). Part 1- Facilities Requirements Analysis. Part 2- Facility Utilization Plan. 2. Storage and Administrative Facilities (Garrison). Part 1- Facilities Requirements Analysis. Part 2-Facility Utilization Plan. Interested parties to provide a synopsis of their company along with their capabilities in performing this action. Years of experience in the above types of work should be provided.
