The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) in Morgantown, WV has a requirement to provide laboratory and field study analyses for fungi.
The offeror laboratory must demonstrate experience in analyzing air samples for fungal identification, including culturable, spore trap and PCR methods. For example, experience can be demonstrated with publication in peer-reviewed journals.
NIOSH will provide air samples from a laboratory study and from field samples.

Solicitation number 2004-Q-01447 will be issued as a 100-percent small business set-aside on or about July 12, 2004 and quotes will be due July 30, 2004.
