Notice of Intent to Sole Source Solicitation Number: 36C77619R0001 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with The Daston Corporation, 19 E Market St.; Suite LL01 Leesburg, VA 20176-3004 for the procurement of Governance Support (Formally Capital Investment Portfolio Support) in support of the Office of Health Informatics (OHI) program under the authority of 15 U.S.C. ร‚ยง 657a, HUBZone Program, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5(b)(5), Authorized or required by statute. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this contract is to provide resources necessary to accomplish tasks and deliverables in support of the VHA IT programs. The contractor s responsibilities include: Analyze, develop, organize and maintain a format to report IT Governance discussions, decisions, action items, and execution. Support Committees and Workgroups through topic development, calendar coordination, and reports on action items from the meetings. Provide administrative and analytical support to include: attending meetings, presentation preparation, speaker presentation reviews, tracking action items, and overseeing workgroup activities. Analyze and report on issues including budgetary requirements, programs, and field funding requirements, and funding policies and directives funding policies and directives particularly Directive 6008, Directive 6550, and IT Appropriation Law, and provide input to federal budgetary documentation for Congress and Office of Management and Budget.
