The successful contractor will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other item s and services necessary to perform all work in connection with mist netting, radio tagging and tracking, and report documentation to determine the presence, locations, and extent of use of Indiana Bat maternity roosts on Fort Drum, NY. Award will be made on the basis of best value to the government. Services will be procured using the procedures in FAR parts 12 and 13. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns.
