The Bureau of Reclamation issues a Request for Proposal for a firm fixed-price purchase order for a base year and four (4) option years for the Lower American River Monitoring spawning and stranding surveys. The Contractor shall provide field support, data analysis and equipment to conduct spawning and stranding surveys in order to support technical evaluations of progress towards the lower American River monitoring requirements.
