Parathyroid hormone analysis. A single award will be result from this solicitation, with this fixed-price contract. The period of performance is two years with the possibiiity of a 6-month extension. All laboratory data must be comparable throughtout the survey with the same laboratory and method used. The contractor shall perform laboratory analysis for a method of measurement for intact parathyroid hormone. The laboratory must have 36 months of continuous experience in conducting routine analysis of parathyroind hormone. Test results and quality control results must be supplied in machine-readable format no later than three weeks after the specimens are received. It is anticipated that 4643 specimens will per year for the next two years. The Contractor's laboratory must be certified in accordance with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act of 1988 (CLIA). The estimated release date for this RFP is 15 days after this publication and closing will be approximately 30 days after issue date.
