This pre-solicitation notice is for specimen testing that cannot be performed "in house" at the CTVHCS - Temple VA Medical Center. The vendor will be responsible to perform STAT testing and to pick-up and drop off tests and test results via courier at no charge to the government. A request for quote will be formulated and announced following this pre-solicitation notice.
