The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to AB BioDisk North America, Inc., 200 Centennial Avenue, Piscataway, NJ 08854-3910 to provide the following E Test Strips required for the susceptibility testing of campylobacter isolates: Azithromycin, Ciprofloxacin, Chloramphenicol, Clindamycin, Erythromycin, Gentamicin low, Naladixic Acid, and Tetracycline. This notice is for information purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. However, evaluation/award will be based on the technically acceptable quote that offers the best value to the government. The FDA intends to make an award immediately after the response date of this notice. This sole source procurement is being awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5.
