The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis with the University of North Carolina 137 E Franklin Street, CB#7505 Bank of Americia Building, Suite 500D Chapel Hill, NC 27599-7505. The objective of the contract is to provide support to National Institute for Occupational Health and Safety (NIOSH) in the development and management of a collaborative project entitled the Community-Based Workplace Violence Intervention for Businesses at High Risk of Robbery. The contractor will provide support to NIOSH for updating the Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP) resource materials, assist NIOSH in training police department (PD) teams, and assist NIOSH in facilitating the implementation and evaluation of the PD WVPP.
