Project Title: B212 Repair CDC Playground

A. Repair building 212 CDC playground in accordance with the Statement of Work dated 17 June 2020.
B. This acquisition is total small business set aside.
C. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
D. A site visit will be conducted on Thursday, 2 July 2020 at 10:00 AM EST. All attendees shall submit their name and phone number via e-mail to the points of contact (POC) listed below no later than Wednesday, 1 July 2020 at 1:00 PM EST.
E. The NAICS Code is 236220, size standard is $39,500,000.
F. The project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.
G. Enter prices in Section B electronically or print legibly with black ink.

I. Questions about the requirement must be submitted via email to the points of contact below by 4:30 PM EST on Friday, 3 July 2020. No further questions will be addressed after this date. Contractor shall address any assumptions and proposed exceptions to the contracting officer in their proposal.
