1. Repair Pre-Toddler Playground a. Remove 1519 sf of AstroTurf and associated Astro Turf nailer, Astro Turf

boarder trim, and Astro Turf subgrade material down to the soil (as indicated in Pre-Toddler attached map and

top soil and sod the areas). b. Final grade all new sodded areas to prevent ponding. c. Mitigate tripping hazards

around rubberized surface and transitions between surface types (i.e. sod areas and concrete pathways) d.

Maintain new sod until established. Mowing to a maximum grass height of 8 inches. A minimum of 3 mowings

is required prior to acceptance, per Dover AFB local Milcon and SRM Design Guide Sec.4.3. 2. OPTION 1:

Repair Toddler Playground Remove 3,143 sf of AstroTurf as indicated in Pre-Toddler Playground and top soil

and sod the areas as done in Pre-Toddler description above.
