This project involves construction on various floors of a multi-story, 51,100 sf per floor under construction administration facility.  The work consists fo metal stud/gypsum board partitions; door and glass opening frames; exterior wall thermal insulation; and incidental related work.  Contractor must have a WV contractors license.  100% Performance and payment bonds are required.   Bid package release is tentatively scheduled for release on Oct.2, 2008 with bid due date on November 4, 2008.
