This project involves construction and improvements of Government facilities in Rocket Center, WV.  The project involves mechanical construciton on the fourth and fifth floors of a multi-story, 51,100 sf per floor, under construction administrative facility.  The work consists of HVAC equipment; ductwork; building services piping; plumbing; duct and pipe insulation; automatic temperature control system; and incidental related work. A WV contractors license is reuired to work on this facility.  Construction documents will be available on or after June 25, 2009.  Cost of bid package is $100 for a full size set of drawings along with a pdf file OR $50 for 11x17 drawings via pdf.  Bid package fee will increase if request is made after June 25th.  Bid package request must be made via e-mail to [email protected] and followed by fee made payable to ATK and mailed to: ATK, 210 State Route 956, Rocket Center WV 26726 Attn: Lisa Wildman.
