The project involves construciton and improvements fo Government facilities in Rocket Center, WV. This project involves final sitework for a 16 acre administrative facility campus.  The work consists of finish grading; aggregate base; hot mix asphalt pavement' pavement marking; concrete slab and walways; landscaping; site lighting; and incidental related work.  A WV contractors license is required to perform work on this facility.  Construction documents will be available on or after July 31, 2009 and information will include prebid meeting and bid due date. Cost of the bid package, if requested by July 31st,  is $100 for a full size set of drawings with pdf file or $50 for 11x17 drawings via pdf.  Bid package requests must be made via e-mail to [email protected] and followed by check made payable to ATK and mailed to ATK, attn Lisa Wildman, 210 State Route 956, Rocket Center, WV  26726.
