The project involves interior construction of approximately 19,650 sf of space on the third floor of a multi-story administrative facility.  The work consists of partitions; doors; ceilings; finishes; fire suppression; plumbing; HVAC; electrical power; lighting; communications; and incidental related work. Bid package fee is $50 for electronic drawings (issued via e-mail, full size pdf file) or $150 for full-size hard copy drawings.  Checks must be made payable to ATK  and forwarded to Lisa Wildman at the address indicated in this solicitation notice. (Cash or Credit cards are not accepted). Additionally, e-mail request with appropriate contact information to [email protected] is required.  Bid package will be released via e-mail on or after August 26, 2010.
