The Mission Installation Contracting Command is issuing this sources sought as a means to conduct market research to identify active stakeholders having interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Back Flow Preventive Maintenance services for the installation. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in installing and servicing plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning equipment. Contractors in this industry may provide both parts and labor when performing work. The work performed may include new work, additions, alterations, maintenance, and repairs. The small business size-standard for this NAICS code is $15,000,000.00.

A continuing need is anticipated for the Back Flow Preventive Services contract which is currently being fulfilled through contract number: W91151-12-D-0007. The Period of Performance (POP) will be for one (1) base year from the date of contract award with four 1-year option periods.
