This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02TA, DFARS change notice 20190215, and AFAC 2018-0525. This purchase is restricted to Small Business concerns. This NAICS code is 314910 and the size standard is 500 employees. This is a requirement for 550 back packs (Fortitude 5 Day Pack) as indicated below.
