The City of Madison is soliciting bids for the Backstop Netting Extension at Toyota Field | #2021-014-ITB, said project consisting of the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment as required by and according to the details, specifications, and contract documents contained in the Invitation to Bid and generally described as follows: This project consists of replacing the backstop netting and providing support poles per construction plans. Project is to be completed by March 1, 2022. All work is to be performed per the general and technical specifications and plans contained in the Invitation to Bid packet, which can be obtained at www.madisonal.gov under Open Bids at no charge. No pre-qualification is required for this project. Sealed bids for the performance of such work will be received in the Legal Department located on the main level of the Madison Municipal Complex, 100 Hughes Road, until 2:00pm local time on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. Immediately thereafter, all bids submitted for the project will be opened in Conference Room 130 and evaluated with the intention of awarding a contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Bids must be submitted on the required forms provided by the City of Madison Legal Department and may not be faxed or e-mailed.
