Provide revised Attachment 6 - Questions and Answers
Provide detailed submission instructions to ensure problem-free submission and receipt of proposals.

Submission instructions in addition to solicitation Section L.1:
a. Send an e-mail subject ‘SGE50016R0067 part 1, ... (your company name)' containing
     Completed SF33 - blocks 12 through 18 (plus SF30, amendment, if any)
     Completed Section K and proof (i.e. 1-page print-out) of System For Award
          Management (SAM) Registration
             and
     Completed Section B - currency of proposal completed Attachment 2 - Pricing

b. Send an e-mail subject ‘SGE50016R0067 part 2, ... (your company name)' containing
     Technical Proposal
     Business Management Proposal
     Company Profile
    Check Section L.1.B to ensure you don't miss any required documents.
c. Each e-mail shall contain a list of the documents provided as attachments.
d. Each file in each e-mail shall be named sequentially in the order they are required,
     e.g. 1 - completed SF33, 2 - completed Section K, etc.
e. Ensure you send your submissions sufficiently early to deal with potential problems
     or error messages. Remember, you're not the only company sending e-mails.
f. The submission time is in the middle of the night at the RPSO post, so there will be
     no manual receipt confirmation until the next (working) day.

Proposals shall be submitted by e-mail, the closing date for receipt of proposals is
11.59 p.m. East Coast Time on Friday, September 16, 2016.
