Synopsis

DLA Troop Support, Subsistence Directorate, Operational Rations IST Group Rations Team intends to solicit Request for Proposal SPE3S1-15-R-0003 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Tiered, Firm Fixed-Price Contract with Two 24-Month Periods to provide continued supply of the Bakery Tray Pack Items. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by DLA Troop Support. A contract will be awarded using Low Price Technically Acceptable procedures. This will be an unrestricted acquisition.

The Bakery Tray Pack Items are components of the Unitized Group Ration Heat & Serve (UGR-H&S) end-item/module and are used by the military services. The shelf life of the required items is a minimum of 36 months at 80°F. The unit of issue is packaged in an Individual Polymeric Tray. The UGR-H&S will be assembled at the Defense Depot in Tracy, CA.

Inspection is at the Contractor's Plant and Acceptance is at Destination, upon execution of DD Form 250 by the authorized Government representative. Required delivery dates shall begin within 30 days after issuance of each delivery order not to exceed 90 days after issuance of each delivery order. Pricing is FOB Destination for orders delivered to Tracy depot. Delivery quantities shall be provided via delivery orders issued on an as needed basis.
