These specifications cover the production of English and Spanish banners requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing (including four-color process), construction, packing, and distribution. The term of the contract is date of award until September 30, 2012, plus up to four (4) optional 12-month extension periods that may be added at the Government's option in accordance with the "OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT" clause. Quality Level III printing and finishing is required.
