Solicitation N00421-19-T-0002 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Bare Racks must be 901D, LLC products, P/N: 100KA-1575 -BARE. 901D, LLC is the OEM of the existing equipment. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.  This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
