In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to issue a new purchase order to Bayesia USA via single source procedures.
The FAA Performance & Analytics Branch (AJI-333) requires additional BayesiaLab application licenses and maintenance to supplement the single user license the FAA currently has. This procurement is for 3 years of application licenses and maintenance. There are no authorized US resellers of the BayesiaLab licenses.
Accordingly, a competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals.
