The Center for Cellular Engineering (CCE) is an expansion of the Department of Transfusion Medicine's (DTM) Cell Processing Section (CPS). The CPS stated as a special services laboratory in 1984 and experienced progressive and controlled growth over the last 30 years. However, the focus on personalized medicine has increased the demand for cellular therapy products and services in clinical and biomedical research, thereby providing NIH the opportunity to expand its prominence in the area of cellular engineering.

Manage, Inc. provides managed services for the DTM Donor System under contract with MOU for 24x7x365. The vendor is the only vendor familiar with the entire infrastructure and associated applications.

Manage, Inc. provides unique managed services (system monitoring and repair response). The company is unique that with the system they are familiar with both the base infrastructure and the associated applications running on the infrastructure.
