Solicitation number FA286021Q0024 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 guidelines. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-03.
