The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT or DOT), through its Purchasing Unit (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract for the purchase of Battle Dress Uniforms (BDUs) for the Wisconsin Division of State Patrol (DSP). Uniform items will be delivered statewide. Battle Dress Uniforms (BDUs) (shirts and trousers) will be initial issue to recruit classes and specialty units. Some will be issued as replacements for field personnel throughout Wisconsin.
