The Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, supervision, materials, and all other items necessary to provide the 2020 Beale Air and Space Expo. Servicing vehicles will be filled to capacity prior to the start of each Air Expo day. a. Fuel: AVGAS (100LL) fuel support. Must be delivered to Beale AFB prior to the start of the Air Expo. Mobile refueling units equipped with filters and issue totalizer meters that are capable of refueling through either single point connection or open port. All fuel support vehicles, equipment, and manpower will be onsite and remain on site prior to the start of Air Expo flying and until the last required aircraft servicing for each day of the Air Expo. Requested supply is 7,000 gal.
b. Smoke oil: Must be delivered to Beale AFB prior to the start of the Air Expo, not to exceed 1,800 gallons. On site vehicle to service Smoke Oil required to remain on site prior to the start of Air Expo flying and until the last required aircraft servicing for each day of the Air Expo. Smoke Oil will be in 55-gallon drums that are unopened prior to arrival.

All unused smoke oil must be picked up and transported off Beale AFB.
C. Aircrat Engine Oil: Must be delivered to Beale AFB prior to the start of the Air Expo. AeroShell W100 is required not to exceed 40 Liters. AeroShell W120 is required not to exceed 200 liters. All remaining quantities must be picked up and transported off Beale AFB.
