United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, Procurement and Property Services, Field Procurement Operations, CSA East 2 is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the number 12444021Q0017. The resultant contract, if any, will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract, Bear Resistant Trash Dumpster in support of the Cherokee National Forest, Tellico Ranger District, located in Monroe County Tennessee.

This solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, 'Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Delivery Period:  Must be able to fulfill order and deliver dumpsters prior to February 1, 2022

This procurement is set aside 100% for small business concerns. Only offers from small business concerns will be accepted.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332439 Other Metal Container Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 500 Employees.

Please ensure you have or have added this NAICS in System for Award Management (SAM).

All vendors wishing to submit a quote to the solicitation described herein must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://sam.gov/) or risk their otherwise timely quotation being considered non-responsive regardless of its completeness, timeliness or other salient considerations. Information on SAM registration can be obtained at the following web site: http://sam.gov/.

The Contractor must be actively registered with no exceptions in SAM to be awarded any resultant contract.

Late quotes will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(1) "Late submission, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers."

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Supply Contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs.
