The government is looking for a quantity of one BEAVERFIT BASIC LOCKER 5' HEAVY STANDARD QUADCON shipping container. Must include the following Unique Salient Characteristics:
External Rig Characteristics. The BeaverFit training rig attached to the outside of the container incorporates the following features:
• 6 x external pull-up stations
• 2 x squat stations (Must attach to the side walls of the container and legs touch the ground for safety/stability purposes).
• 1 x rope climb tower
• 1 x dip bar attachment
• 1 x landmine attachment
• 2 x sets of J-cups
• 1 x safety squat attachments
• 1 x jump platform attachment
• 3"x3", 7-gauge hot dip galvanized steel
Included Equipment. The BeaverFit Basic Locker 5' includes the following items:
• 1 x Battling Rope
• 1 x Climbing Rope
• 3 x Medicine balls (14lb, 16lb, 20lb)
• 4 x Kettlebells (12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg)
• 2 x Olympic Lifting Bar
• 2 x 200lb Olympic Bumper Set
• 2 x Sand Bag
• 1 x Utility Bench
• 1 x Gymnastic Ring Set
• 2 x Collar Set
• 2 x Mobility Band (Light and Heavy)
• 1 x Lacrosse Ball
• 1 x Foam Roller
• 2 x Jump Rope
Critical Additional Salient Characteristics:
• Customized
o The inside of the FTL solutions have custom-fabricated storage racks for the external functional training rig and included multi-modality fitness equipment.
• Thick Steel
o Steel thickness of at least 3" x 3", 7 gauge, with a minimum grade of S235 or A283C. This thickness is unique in application and leads to significantly improved stability of the functional training rig, providing the safest solution for military personnel.
• Hot-Dip Galvanized
o Hot-dip galvanized to American Standard ASTM A 123/A 123M. By hot-dip galvanizing our steel components, we weatherproof the inside and the outside of these components. Most "outdoor ready" steel components are only weather-proofed externally, which leads to rusting and wear on the inside of hollow components (steel legs, squat racks, support bars, etc.). This extra weather-proofing step protects BeaverFit equipment in any weather condition, and adds significant life to our products.
• Powder-Coated.
o Treated and powder coated via American standard ASTM D7803.
• Waterproofing
o In order to attach a functional training rig to a shipping container, holes must be drilled in the container, which can allow water to leak into the shipping container. BeaverFit utilizes a unique process to attach brackets to the outside of the container and then applies waterproof sealing around the brackets. Functional training rigs are then attached to the brackets and the container remains waterproof, ensuring the integrity of the overall structure is not compromised.

Quote must include shipping.

The item needs to be shipped to USCG Airsta Houston located at 1178 Ellington field, Houston TX 77034. Payment will be made via purchase order billed to the USCG Finance Center.
