In order to modernize reliability testing of military vehicles the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) is acquiring two simulators that independently test vehicle chassis and powertrain systems. The system hydraulic and electrical equipment provided by simulator vendors require cooling towers to condition hydraulic fluid and cool electrical components.The vendor will furnish and install bedplates on the inertial mass. The vendor will furnish and install rails specified in the approved plans as outlined.  Specific information found in Statement of Work.
