The solicitationis for benches to be delivered to Defense Commissary Agency commissaries located in CONUS(continental United states), OCONUS (Overseas), Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. However, for OCONUS locations, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii the contractor would only beresponsible for preparation for overseas shipment and delivery to the port.
