The reason for this amendment is to post questions submitted by interested vendors and the Government response.

The time and date for receipt of quotes is remains unchanged at 4:00 pm local time on August 7, 2013. If you have already submitted your quote and there are no changes, you do not need to resubmit your quote; however, it is requested that you acknowledge Amendment 0002 via email to [email protected]. If you submit a revised quote, please clearly identify it as a revised quote and acknowledge Amendment 0002.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
