The Project consists of the following major elements: demolition of and rehabilitation of existing structure, including but not limited to; concrete, masonry, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, insulation, metal roofing, cementitious siding, flexible sheet roofing, flashing and sheet metal, caulking and sealants, hollow metal frames, wood doors, entrances and store fronts, fabrication, finish hardware, glass and glazing, drywall, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, painting, plumbing, and electrical.Copies of the Contract Documents and Specifications, including bidding documents and requirements and Contract Drawings may be examined at Ringgold City Hall (phone 706-935-3061).
