Contractor shall remove the existing dishwashing unit and adjacent staging table w/garbage disposal and shall replace with contractor supplied Hobart CLPS66eN and Aeroworks Soiled Breakdown System w/Salvajor P914 Pot and Pan Scrap system or approved equal as specified. Contractor is responsible for all plumbing, gas, electrical, HVAC reconfiguration, including drywall/paint/flooring and ceiling tile adjustments due to the remodel of the dishwashing work area. Gas supply lines no longer needed for new dishwashing unit shall be capped off and tested for leakage with the Project Manager present. Contractor shall be required to coordinate with PPS staff prior to demo of existing plumbing, electrical, gas, and exhaust systems, in addition, Contractor shall meet all PPS standards and city and state codes with installation of new configuration of plumbing, electrical, gas, and exhaust systems.
