There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified DVD videos, those parties interested must be able to show they have the proper distribution rights for these products, they must respond to this notice before 4:00 PM (Central Time) on 1 February 2010. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to Sports Network International, Inc.
