Betty Jean Kerr People's Health Centers (PHC), Amanda Luckett Murphy Hopewell Center (ALMHC), and People's Community Action Corporation (PCAC) seek bids from qualified firms to submit proposals for an architectural/engineering project. The purpose of the RFQ is to identify the most qualified respondents, which will then be invited to participate in the Request for Proposals (RFP) process. The project will accommodate Amanda Luckett Murphy Hopewell Center services that will relocate from 4236 Lindell Blvd., Suite 200 and People's Community Action Programs that will relocate from the same building in Suite 300. In addition, the architectural firm may have to produce drawings to accommodate a community-based cafeteria and or other retail space and provide a project schedule and estimate of probable construction cost at the end of each phase of development.
