This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in
Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement
constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not
be issued.

The solicitation number 1267T020Q0023 and issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. This is a small business set-aside with an associated NAICS code of 336112 and small business size standard of 1,500 Employees.

Contractor to provide pricing for nine ATVs/UTVs to be delivered to Black Hills National Forest, 1019
N. 5th Street, Custer, SD 57730. Cost of delivery to be included on each individual line item.
REPAIR/MAINTENANCE/WARRANTY WORK REQUIREMENTS:
A facility for repairs, warranty work and maintenance for the units must be available within a 100-mile
radius of the Black Hills National Forest SO, 1019 N. 5th Street, Custer, SD 57730 for items 0001-
0004 and 0008-0009.
A facility for repairs, warranty work and maintenance for the units must be available within a 100-mile
radius of the Bear Lodge RD, 101 S 21st St. Sundance, WY 82729 for items 0005-0007.
