The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to the following: 1) Removal and storage of existing playscape and structures for reinstallation (by Preferred Vendor); 2) Removal of existing playscape surface and bituminous concrete sub-surface to concrete deck; 3) Repair of existing concrete deck and drainage system as required per review with Engineer; 4) Inspection, testing and repairs to existing trench drain as required per review with Engineer; 5) Reinstallation of playscape structures to concrete deck (by Preferred Vendor); 6) Installation of waterproof membrane, lightweight concrete, and second waterproof membrane 7) Installation of playscape surfacing (by Preferred Vendor); 8) The Contractor will include in their bid, all items required in order to carry out the intent of the Work as described, shown and implied in the Contract Documents. 9) The Work will be constructed under the Contractor’s Contract as applicable to this Project.
