The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to the following: 1 Removal and storage of existing playscape and structures for reinstallation (by Preferred Vendor); 2 Removal of existing playscape surface and bituminous concrete sub-surface to concrete deck; 3 Repair of existing concrete deck and drainage system as required per review with Engineer; 4 Inspection, testing and repairs to existing trench drain as required per review with Engineer; 5 Reinstallation of playscape structures to concrete deck (by Preferred Vendor); 6 Installation of waterproof membrane, lightweight concrete, and second waterproof membrane 7 Installation of playscape surfacing (by Preferred Vendor); 8 The Contractor will include in their bid, all items required in order to carry out the intent of the Work as described, shown and implied in the Contract Documents. 9 The Work will be constructed under the Contractor’s Contract as applicable to this Project.
