The Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) is seeking a full-service provider to provide exhibit hall layout and furnishings, entrance units, reception decorations and registration counters for its annual Conference on Export Controls and Policy. This acquisition is not for the procurement of professional meeting planner services. BIS is seeking to work directly with the contractor that will be performing the required work and not through a 3rd party or professional meeting planner.
