The Request for Quotation/reference number is FDA1045173. This FDA intends to issue a Purchase Order in accordance with FAR 13.106. The NAICS code is 334516. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-26. This notice is seeking competitive bids for the attached Biacore T-100 instrument or equivalent only (see description attached). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies. All offers will be evaluated on technical factors and price with technical being more important than price. Technical factors will be on how the services conform to the statement of work.
