This is a request for information only. DLA Troop Support is looking for information in anticipation of issuing a solicitation for the following NSNs: 8150-01-481-3740, 8150-01-481-3741, 8150-01-586-4979, 8150-01-483-9123, 8150-01-483-9125, 8150-01-533-8673, 8150-01-533-8674, 8150-01-574-1682, 8150-01-533-9262, 8150-01-483-9115, 8150-01-483-9121 and 8150-01-533-8677.

This information is being gathered for a potential Long Term Contract (LTC) for CONUS delivery locations, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. This potential LTC will be a total small business set-aside contract for 5 years with a 2 year base and 3 one-year options. It will be a multiple award contract based on best value with F.O.B. Destination across the board. For purposes of this Source Sought Notice please provide F.O.B. Origin Pricing as well as F.O.B. Destination pricing for the following locations: Florida, Texas, California and New York. Also, in your response, include whether you are quoting pricing as a dealer or manufacturer.

In response, plesae include your manufacturing capabilities and/or sources, country of origin for materials and quantity price breaks. Please also include the types of inspection reports and quality assurance information your company and or supplier provides with details on how this information is used such as the types of quality controls in place.

This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. DLA is seeking sources of supply for the above-referenced NSNs. The sources sought information is issued for the purposes of market research only and the Government is not obligated to purchase any materials as a result of this inquiry. Any resultant solicitation will be synopsized on FEDBIZOPPS website or DIBBS website.
