This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Bicycles and Accessories for the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement and quotes are being requested. The solicitation number for this requirement is SINLEC16Q0033, which is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is being posted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR Subpart 19.5--Set-Asides for Small Business. The solicitation criteria for this requirement will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) based on "Fair Market Value". In the event that there are no qualifying small business quotes, this requirement will be re-solicited as "Unrestricted". The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 336999--All Other Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. This requirement will be "Brand Name or Equal".
