BID NOTICE INVITATION FOR REQUEST FOR PROPSALS (RFP) RFP RNUMBER: PW-2223-03 CLEANING AND CUSTODIAL SERVICES: VILLAGE HALL & PUBLIC SAFETY BUIDLING The Village of Elk Grove Village is seeking sealed proposals from qualified custodial service providers to provide the necessary supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide cleaning and custodial services at Village Hall and the Public Safety Building all in accordance with the Specifications and Contract Document No. PW-2223-03. Proposals will be evaluated for their thoroughness, totals hours of cleaning time per location, total employees required per location, total cost, relevant staff training, and favorable references including overall satisfaction and responsiveness. For the purpose of familiarizing contractors with the services required and answering questions, a Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building located at 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Attendance by perspective proposers at the pre-proposals meeting is mandatory. Proposals will be received until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at the James Paul Petri Public Works Facility, 450 E. Devon Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, 60007. All proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown above. Proposals transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted.
