The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one
source (Stanley Vidmar). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quote/proposals. However, all information received within 3 days
after date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Government for future planning purposes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of planning whether to conduct future competitive acqusitions. Sole Source is based upon this vendor being the only
manufacturer able to satisfy this requirement. See 13.106-3(b)(3(i). Contractors must have a current registration
