The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Foreign Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory (FADDL) has a requirement for a bioprocess control station. The FADDL will be using this instrument to produce cultures for antibody production located at the USDA, APHIS, FADDL in Orient Point, NY.

The purpose of this sources sought is to inquire if there are vendors available which have the equipment described in the attached must have specifications to meet the USDA's needs or that might have the capability to modify any existing equipment to meet our needs.
