THIS IS A LIMITED SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a LIMITED SOURCE requirement to replace an existing Bird Aircraft Strike Hazard (BASH) that was originally installed in 2005 and has had only minor upgrades and renovations over the years. This system is required in order to keep the airfield clear of bird hazards. The Scare Wars System provided by Reed-Joseph International Company, is the only known company that provides an integrated system that allows the users to fully control the system from one location while also including capability to remotely activate a location from anywhere on the airfield.
The attached Limited Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334290.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that the Reed-Joseph International Company is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
