The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Otisville, anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the removal of bird excrement, nesting material, and soffit panels and trim with installation of supplied soffit panels and trim for the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, Otisville, NY 10963.  The successful contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and perform all operations necessary to remediate, remove, clean and dispose of bird excrement, nesting material and soffit panels and trim for the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville.  The contractor shall also provide all necessary labor to install supplied metal soffit panels and trim where removal was required to perform remediation activities at the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville.  The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.  This project is set aside small business.  Evaluation factors are price, past performance, and technical with all three being equal.  The NAICS code for this requirement is 562910.  The period of performance for the resulting contract is 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed.  The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is April 8, 2020 at 12:00pm.  Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at the System for Award Management website at www.sam.gov.  Faith Based and Community Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.  The successful contractor shall be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes.  There are no tax exemptions.
